I start with gathering information and getting to know you better, digging deep into your health and family history. We look at your medications for any potential interactions, ways to reduce cost, and ensure that the medications you are taking are optimal for your body and lifestyle. I will provide you a recommendation report you can take back to share with your primary care physician in case any changes are suggested.
If you choose the 6-week program, we meet once a week to dive deep into a variety of topics based upon what you need the most assistance with. Depending on your goals, each of the 60 minutes sessions may be focused on topics such as nutrition, sleep issues, stress management options, and we go into details on how the brain works and impacts everything we do. After every session, you will receive a clear plan with action items. And you will receive support when needed between sessions through messaging/emails.
Your mindset plays a crucial role in your overall well-being. I will help you develop a positive and growth-oriented mindset that supports your health goals. I will provide resources and tools to help you overcome limiting beliefs and negative self-talk that can be amplified by sleep deficits.

I understand that not everyone has the opportunity to get 8 hours of sleep a day. But there are some things that can lessen the impact of sleep deficits.
